Interior fit-outs and renovations in buildings that stay open — offices, clinics, schools, retail and institutional facilities — phased and contained so operations continue.

The Facility Stays Open. The Work Still Gets Done.

Most renovation happens inside a building that cannot close. We plan for it: demolition and dust-generating work move to nights and weekends, negative-air containment and hard barriers separate the work zone, and quieter finish work runs during the day in sections that have already been released. Facility staff get a phasing plan up front and a daily coordination point once work begins.

At handover the space is inspected, code-compliant and documented — permits closed, as-builts and warranties turned over together.

FAQs

Common Questions

Can you work nights and weekends?
Yes. Off-hours work is standard for occupied facilities and is built into the schedule and the price from the start.
How do you control dust and noise?
Hard barriers with negative-air machines and HEPA filtration for the work zone, sealed penetrations, and disruptive tasks scheduled outside operating hours.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We pull the permits, schedule the inspections, and close them out; the facility receives the documentation at turnover.
